Sensing What Doesn't Make Sense

Have you ever been a passenger in a car and shut your eyes just slightly so that the world around you seems to be going by in fast forward? I do this quite often, as Chase is the one to trek us around when we go out. I like that I am not completely blind to the world around me, but yet not fully aware of the realities as well.
This sensation is best at night. Try a freeway. You can see the blur of lights around you, as though you're in a movie or music video with special affects. Maybe it's just me.
